Seller Agreement

Recitals

A. arabazaar.com operates a digital B2B marketplace for business discovery and communication.

B. Seller wishes to list products and engage with potential buyers through the Platform.

1. Interpretation

• This Agreement governs Seller access and use.
• Dealtrix is not a party to Seller-Buyer transactions.
• Dealtrix may modify platform terms and features at any time.

2. Term

• This Agreement remains effective until termination by Seller or Dealtrix.
• Termination does not relieve prior obligations.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Seller is responsible for listed products, pricing, claims, and compliance.
• Seller must provide accurate and lawful information.
• Seller must not engage in fraud, spam, phishing, unlawful solicitation, or content misuse.

4. Product Listings

• Seller is solely responsible for listing content.
• Dealtrix does not verify or guarantee products.
• Dealtrix may remove listings or suspend accounts.

5. Transactions Between Seller and Buyers

• Dealtrix does not process transactions.
• Commercial terms and disputes are direct between seller and buyer.

6. Payments, Returns & Taxes

• Dealtrix does not process payments or manage refunds.
• Seller is responsible for collections, invoicing, taxes, and regulatory compliance.

7. Third-Party Services

• Use of third-party services is at Seller risk.
• Dealtrix is not responsible for third-party tools or platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Seller indemnifies Dealtrix for claims arising from seller products, transactions, or non-compliance.

Dealtrix liability is limited and capped at USD 100 per calendar year.

9. Intellectual Property

• Platform branding and content belong to Dealtrix.
• Seller grants Dealtrix a non-exclusive license to display Seller content on the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Governed by laws of India.
• Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Notices

Notices to Dealtrix use official contact channels; notices to Seller are sent to registered email.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the full agreement between Seller and Dealtrix regarding Platform use.
